Domain Portfolio Access Terms
These terms govern access to the complete AREF domain roster. By checking the agreement box and continuing, you accept them. If you do not agree, do not access the roster.
Limited permission
You receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to view the roster solely to evaluate a legitimate acquisition, licensing, partnership or business inquiry. Access expires after 24 hours and may be suspended or withdrawn at any time.
Prohibited uses
You may not:
- scrape, crawl, harvest, index, download, copy or compile the roster by automated or bulk means;
- reproduce, publish, distribute, sell, sublicense or commercially exploit the roster or any portfolio analysis, grouping or strategy displayed with it;
- use the roster to misrepresent ownership, sponsorship, endorsement or affiliation;
- broker, market or solicit transactions involving a listed domain without prior written authorization from its owner;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access, evade access controls, interfere with the site or use another person’s access credentials; or
- use the roster for unlawful, deceptive, abusive or infringing activity.
Rights and third parties
All rights in the AREFMB site’s original text, presentation, selection, arrangement, branding and other protectable content are reserved. Domain registration alone does not necessarily create trademark or copyright rights. A listed name may reference a third party’s mark; listing it does not claim affiliation, endorsement or rights belonging to that third party.
No offer or assurance
The roster is informational. A listing is not an offer to sell, a solicitation, a representation of availability or a commitment to negotiate. Information may change without notice. Any transaction requires separate written terms signed by the owner.
Access and transactions
Complete-roster access is not currently offered. If paid access is introduced, the price, access period and applicable refund terms will be presented before checkout and will require separate acceptance. Any domain acquisition, license or other transaction requires separate written terms signed by the owner.
Confidential portfolio context
Any non-public commentary, categorization, pricing, negotiation position or portfolio strategy disclosed in connection with an inquiry must be treated as confidential and used only to evaluate that inquiry, unless the owner agrees otherwise in writing.
Enforcement and responsibility
Access may be terminated for suspected misuse. The owner reserves all remedies available under applicable law. You are responsible for activity undertaken through your access and for compliance with laws and third-party rights.
Privacy and contact
Your email is retained privately to administer access, document consent, evaluate inquiries and send occasional AREFMB updates consistent with the consent shown at entry. It is not displayed in the roster. You may unsubscribe using the subscriber controls on the site.
